I bought this to have some at home because I enjoyed drinking this growing up, being one of my favorite tea types.

I put in a heaping teaspoon for my mug and brewed it in my best infuser, but it was just not a strong flavor. Nurse took BP 15 minutes later, I was worried and now sweating.
