New York is tricky. Bring jeans, a t-shirt, and a solid jacket, and plan to dress in layers. It is springtime, so temps can range from the 30s to the mid-seventies.

WHAT TO WEAR IN FEBRUARY IN NYC? Well march is really still winter in New York so you should really bring warmer clothes and make sure you have a coat with you as the tempeture will probably be in the 30's or 40's.
