Lake Puckaway fishing report 2020. Up in the river water is all ready going over the banks in some areas just overnight. In the lake just play the wind for trolling. The Fox River starts out of Spring Lake in Pardeeville, runs north and west towards Portage where the Portage Canal was dug to tie it into the Wisconsin River as a Navigation Waterway in the 1920's and 1930's then it travels North and East into Buffalo Lake, them through Buffalo then back to river after Montello and then into Puckaway.
