I've tried a few different technicians and they both weren't concerned about actually doing the work. My favorite though is the Vichy shower and the banana (I think it's banana leaves) wrap because of dry skin. the spa is really nice, clean and everyone is friendly.Fabulous experience. They give you nice robes to wear and a beautiful sitting area to relax in.My $100 gift card (I have my Visa receipt) was misplaced in my own home for two years ago. I go to this spa quite regularly for various treatments and have never had a complaint. Zaid was extremely helpful at the front desk, going literally above and beyond with wrapping gift bags. I can't believe I haven't done a review for my favorite spa yet! This man even went as far to tell me not to "pull the cancer card" when I am a skin cancer survivor and I purchased a skin treatment. I've only had a handful of massages at other places but this was by far the best I've had! The blast of warm water is amazing. A place where everyone and anyone feels welcome. Both were very knowledgeable and professional, you can tell they've had proper training and have been doing this for awhile.

I think it's very overpriced for the bare work they do. They are all so kind, everyone I spoke with today, and could even gage the same consensus from just being around the other people who worked here too.
